Late check out until 18:00 hours will be charged 50% from the daily rate and It’s subject to availability.
Late Checkout after 18:00 hours will incur a payment of 100% of the daily rate and It’s subject to availability.
No Check in and check out allowed in NYEPI DAY (SILENCE DAY), No activities are allowed in the whole island of Bali.

Low Seasons: Any cancellation in 21 days before arrival will be applied full charged
High Seasons: Any cancellation in 30 days before arrival will be applied full charged
Peak Seasons: Any cancellation in 45 days before arrival will be applied full charged.

The capacity is 2 persons for One Bedroom Villa, 4 persons for Two Bedroom Villa, 6 persons for Three Bedroom Villa, 8 persons for Four Bedroom Villa and 10 persons for Five Bedroom Villa

Children 11 years old is free of charge as using existing bed (without breakfast)
Mandatory Children 12 years old using extra bed with additional charge
